Born in Winnipeg Manitoba on December 12th/ 1990. I raced motocross and rode mountainbikes as I grew up. I moved to Abbotsford, British Columbia in 2003 and I found my passion for fitness and bodybuilding after having a major knee injury that sidelined me from Competitive Slopestyle Mountainbiking for almost a year. I tried to go back and felt like the knee was never stable so then I pursued joining a gym and started to go with some friends that already went and learned some basic workouts from them. I took it one step further I started really enjoying working out and knew my body at the time was under developed and weak and needed more attention to get better results. I started researching bodybuilding workouts and how to eat for a bodybuildier. I always liked that look of professional bodybuildiers just back in the day never thought it was possible till I began to educate myself and tried it out and realized it was something I could really excell at and I could make myself healthier and stronger and more muscular all at the same time. I cleaned up my act and stopped going out and partying and drinking and doing other things that a normal teenager at the time would do. This was when I was 17 years old roughly. I thought lets see how much muscle I can put on then cut going into summer. So I began to do so and when I started cutting I realized, I was more likely to succeed getting into great shape if I took onto a competition side of things. I was always competitive growing up and loved competing so thought. There is Junior Mens Bodybuilding which was 21 years old and under at the time. I entered the 2010 BC Championships in Junior Mens Bodybuilding and dieted myself down into that show and educated myself and got into pretty good shape and ended up coming away with 3rd place finish at my first show. I then was bit by the bug of competing. Ever since then Ive done 1 show a year roughly every year, and steadily climb the ladder to the top. I began personal training people and then coaching people here and there after that in 2011 and started coaching people for shows in 2012 to 2013 area and just took on 1 or 2 people at the time for shows. I then pursued making my own business MP Fitness and started to make a image for myself and now Ive built MP Fitness into what it is today.
